On June 8th, the 1st edition of the Algarve Maternity Marathon took place, bringing together the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of the HPA Health Group and the BebéVida Laboratory.
This 3km walk, which saw the participation of around 100 people, aimed to promote birth rates and raise funds for APPC | CAV – the Centre for Life Support, an organisation that helps pregnant women or new mothers facing emotional or social risk, residing in the municipalities of Faro, Olhão, and Loulé.
Our thanks to all the expectant mothers and their families who took part in this solidarity walk for the Portuguese Association of Cerebral Palsy of Faro.
